PARS develops education in response to emerging research, legal developments, practice issues, and member priorities. Confirmed events will be posted here with the date, format, intended audience, learning objectives, presenter details, accessibility information, fees, and registration instructions.

Past education

Recent PARS programming has included “The Legal and Procedural Rights and Obligations of Section 211 Experts,” presented online by family lawyer Todd R. Bell on October 29, 2025. The session addressed disclosure requests, pre-trial examinations, the use of Section 211 reports in interim proceedings, and procedural obligations affecting assessors.

PARS will add summaries of future sessions when they can be shared publicly. Presenter materials may be available only to registrants or members.
