PARS utilizes the AFCC guidelines around education and training to conduct Parenting Time Evaluations (from 2022 AFCC Parenting Plan in Family Law Guidelines). Please review these and choose one of the following options:

I attest that I meet all of the training and educational guidelines around assessing parenting time, as indicated in the AFCC Guidelines. I understand that, at any time, proof of my education, qualifications, or training may be requested by the board, and, at that time, I will make this information available.

I attest I have met most of the training and educational guidelines around assessing parenting time, as indicated in the AFCC Guidelines. I undertake to complete all areas by December 1, 2025.
